Guy was great throughout the whole process and got me much more than I expected for the house I was selling and a very good price on the house I was buying. He was realistic with me and helped me navigate buying and selling a home simultaneously. With any other broker I don’t believe I could have done this and got the results I did. When it came time for things that needed to be done to the new house after inspection he went to bat for me and got me everything I asked for. From now on if any family or friends are looking to buy or sell, I’m insisting they use Guy.

There is no one better. I don't know how else to say it. Guy is reliable, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and most of all patient. My wife and I started looking to buy back in 2013 and didn't actually purchase our first home until 2015. During that time Guy was with us through countless open houses and even a failed offer. Again, he guided us along the way and continued to show patience as half way through the process we completely changed our minds and decided not to sell. He cares a lot about his clients and is a constant source of comfort and knowledge is every aspect of buying, selling, & renting. As I said, there is no one better.

I just have to say working with Guy has been an amazing experience. My fiance and I had gone through 2 other agents before we met Guy. When my fiance first met Guy he said he is the one. He is honest, and won't try to sell something to you unless he knows its worth it. It took us about 5 months in all to find the home of our dreams and I can't thank Guy enough for sticking with us through all the tough times with buying a first home. It was not easy but Guy made the process as easy as possible for us. If you are considering anyone to be your realtor I highly recommend him he goes above and beyond for you. =]
